• Payment data: processed securely by Stripe — we never store card numbers
• AI coaching conversations: messages exchanged with the AI coach to improve response quality

• Personalize your protocol dashboard and recommendations
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Send magic link emails for authentication
• Improve the Service based on aggregate usage patterns
• Respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with third-party services required to operate the platform:

• Stripe — payment processing
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure
• Anthropic — AI coaching (conversation data only)
• Resend — transactional email delivery

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), secure authentication (magic links — no passwords stored), and access controls on all data stores.
