You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One license grants access to one individual — sharing accounts is prohibited.
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refund requests within 30 days of initial purchase will be honored — email support@protocols.is.
All content, data, designs, and code on Protocols.is are owned by Protocols.is or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service; scrape or programmatically extract data; impersonate others; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protocols.is shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
