Protocols.is provides evidence-based compound and supplement protocol information, personalized dashboards, and habit tracking. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only.
The content provided through the Service is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, compound, or lifestyle protocol. You assume all risks associated with the use of any information provided.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One license grants access to one individual — sharing accounts is prohibited.
OPTIMIZE is $147 per year, billed as an auto-renewing subscription through Stripe. One subscription covers product access, the protocols.is community, and every domain that ships while the subscription is active. You can cancel any time from your dashboard; access continues through the end of the current paid period. If the subscription lapses, product features and community access pause; your tracked data remains recoverable on return for at least 12 months. Refund requests within 7 days of the initial charge will be honored — email support@protocols.is. Evolutionary Analysis bookings are sold separately ($297 single, $1,200 for six) and are non-refundable once a booked Analysis has occurred; unused bookings in a six-pack are refundable within 30 days of purchase.
All content, data, designs, and code on Protocols.is are owned by Protocols.is or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer the Service; scrape or programmatically extract data; impersonate others; use the Service for unlawful purposes; or attempt to circumvent any access restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Protocols.is shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support@protocols.is.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
