About

Built by one person.
Delivered by rules.
Kept honest by a hard cap.

OPTIMIZE is what I wish had existed when I started running my own protocols. Evidence, cited. Recommendations, deterministic. Guidance, scarce. This is the operating story behind the product.

Who

I'm Elon. I've been running my own optimization protocols for years — reading the literature, ordering my own labs, rotating interventions across 12-week blocks. OPTIMIZE is the system I built for myself, encoded so it can run for anyone with the same inputs.

There's no team. There's no clinic. It's one person plus a rules engine. When you book a session, you're talking to me.

Why it exists

Every existing option in this category either sells you supplements or pretends to replace your doctor. The first has a conflict of interest baked in. The second runs headlong into a regulatory wall and the fact that your clinician knows things about you the app doesn't.

OPTIMIZE sits in the middle on purpose. It generates the protocol. You order the labs. Your doctor writes the prescriptions. I answer questions if you book a session. Clean hand-offs, no conflict, no fake authority.

What OPTIMIZE is not
  • Not a clinic. No diagnoses. No prescriptions written here.
  • Not telehealth. No video-visit flow. Your existing doctor handles that.
  • Not a coach. The protocol isn't negotiable between sessions — it comes from rules.
  • Not AI. Zero language-model calls at runtime. Grep the source.
  • The brand stance is “No more gatekeepers.” The compound library is evidence, cited.
  • $147 per year, auto-renewing. One subscription covers product, community, and every domain that ships. Cancel anytime; access pauses when the subscription lapses.
How guidance sessions work

If you want interpretation — bloodwork that doesn't quite make sense, a Zone-3 option you're weighing, a question about stacking — you can book a 60-minute video session.

Maximum eight bookings per month — across all users. That's the cap we hold it to while the product is small enough to do this well. When a month fills, it fills. The next month opens on the first.

We read your data with you. We flag what looks like signal and what looks like noise. We point to the evidence that informed what matched your intake. We don't tell you what to take. Your next move is yours.

How the product evolves

New domains land when the evidence base for them is strong enough to write deterministic rules over. Existing owners get them automatically. The changelog is email: if an update changes your active protocol, you'll hear about it within a day.

Rules change when the literature changes. Spot one that looks wrong or cites an outdated study? Reply to any OPTIMIZE email. The update gets queued.

Principles this runs on

  1. 01Reproducibility over magic. Same inputs → same output.
  2. 02Cite or don’t include. Every recommendation ties to published work.
  3. 03Separate the product from the person. The engine decides; I interpret.
  4. 04The rules speak for themselves. No gatekeeper interpretation layer in the product.
  5. 05Scarcity beats scale on personal guidance. 8 is the cap.
  6. 06Ship when it's useful, not when it's perfect. Fix when it's wrong.
